Initial Consultation
A call to TYS, allows our staff to listen and understand you or your loved one's situation and needs. This call is free. TYS can then review the Senior Care Navigation service
Senior Care Navigation Plan
After the initial consultation and your wish to participate, TYS staff will develop a personalized plan for your and/or your loved one to navigate the road ahead. Examples can be having a home safety assessment, adding home care, talking with elder law attorneys to name a few.
Connect you with Resources
In your Senior Life Navigation Plan will be a list of several resources for each area of need. These are companies that Tonya has vetted personally and would trust her own family to use. This is not to say these are the only resources, but the one's that TYS knows the BEST.

Caregiver Training Business to Business
TYS staff consist of physical and occupational therapy professionals each one with over 25 years of experience working with the older adult community. We specialize in training staff the way we were trained when it comes to caring for our seniors. Examples of training: transfer training, proper gait training, understanding surgical precautions, how to use DME to assist with transfers and much more. Properly trained staff leads to more confident staff and longevity with your company.
Caregiver Training in Your Home
TYS is happy to provide caregiver training in the client's home. Homes can require creative thinking due to spacing issues and available DME. Caregiver training can be done for the family caregivers and/or homecare staff. Examples of training: transfer training, proper gait training, understanding surgical precautions, how to use DME to assist with transfers and much more.
